We created DETAIL + with the desire to concentrate our professional experience, knowledge and consistency at work as a quality service - the management of construction and investment projects. With the ambitious choice of our company name we demonstrate our leitmotif: insight into all the details and aspects of the services we offer to achieve the best result for our clients.
I graduated the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany, followed by invaluable experience in the leading foreign construction companies in Bulgaria working on various projects such as office, industrial and residential buildings, covering almost all of the branches of the construction industry.
The management of large-scale construction projects over the last ten years and the responsibilities associated with it taught me to seek a balance among being a leader of a large team, delegating and controlling many processes and actions in order to achieve a quality and sustainable end product, prioritizing its being on time and on budget.

Close attention to detail is of first and foremost importance to me - an attitude that I develop thanks to the experience in the coordination and execution of finishing work on high-end modern office space and in solving various problems during the construction itself. I believe that a timely decision and in-depth analysis of the details is behind the successful implementation of each and every project.
The main driving force for me is good communication with our clients and all other participants in the implementation process. It is fundamental both for the progress of the site and for achieving the vision expected by the client. Throughout my professional experience in various Bulgarian and international companies over the years, I delineated the following trades as the most important quality and core value in my personal code of ethics - honest and open communication, reliability and decency in the relationships, actions in accordance with the values you stand behind.

I believe that good organization of a project requires dedication, constant attention and daily efforts. In my professional path I have taken part in large-scale sites with international participation and I am aware of the need for accurate and timely coordination of the many participants in the project life cycle, as well as the need to review the project deeply in detail.
I completed my higher education in Manchester, Great Britain, with an year of exchange in Hamburg, Germany, during which I improved my relentless character and ability to adapt to different conditions and working environments.
After my many years of experience in one of the established international companies, which is a testament to my reliability and loyalty, I join the DETAIL + team because I believe that this is the place where I can achieve harmony with established professionals in the industry and develop my personal skills and realize a successful portfolio of exciting and remarkable projects.

IVAN KIROV
Project Manager
Good intentions, consistency, persistence and professionalism can overcome all difficulties in the execution of a project.
I completed my professional qualifications at the military engineering construction school of higher education “Lyuben Karavelov” - Sofia, Bulgaria. The experience amassed in the construction troops system, as well as in the management of numerous large-scale projects, including shopping centre, bridge, hotels and office buildings, within the team of bulgarian and international companies, provides me with decisiveness in each personal professional action, related to the management of the construction process down to the tiniest detail.
I believe that in order to achieve success, one must truly like what one does. In this regard, joining the team of DETAIL + was the most natural choice for me, as I can now apply my collective experience and skills next to accomplished professionals.
I think that the most important detail for each successful project is a satisfied client.

Determined attitude and a well thought through quality plan are the two key components for successful execution of every goal.
I graduated civil engineering at the TU Dortmund University.
During my studies and in the following years I was involved in a wide variety of projects – residential, industrial and infrastructural. I gained my professional experience working in companies not only in Germany, but also in Australia and Bulgaria. The experience taught me that a complete overview of all details as well as a precise coordination between all stakeholders is what leads to effective processes and satisfying results in every project.
As a young and fast growing company, DETAIL+ offers a wide variety of possibilities for professional development in an atmosphere of modern and progressive company culture.
